Here are some tips to help keep your home safe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Get a Security Survey<\/strong>: Contact your local law enforcement for a security survey, often available at no charge. This can help identify vulnerabilities in your home.<\/li><li><strong>Install Proper Locks<\/strong>: Ensure your locks are robust enough to withstand attacks or attempts to kick them in. We recommend the MEDECO M4, available through us or Smallwood Locksmiths. These locks offer several layers of protection:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Anti-pick lock<\/li><li>Anti-key duplication, requiring proper authorization even if using advanced laser machines<\/li><li>Anti-bump key and anti-drill features<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Reinforce Doors<\/strong>: If you have wooden doors, consider installing a Jamb Brace to prevent them from being kicked in. For steel doors, use 3-point locking to prevent prying.
